Founded in Singapore, Lum Chang has grown from strength to strength since its incorporation in Malaysia in 1979 to become an established property developer and a leading contender in the construction business. To date, Lum Chang has developed high-end condominiums such as the Kuantan Tembeling Resort in Kuantan, Damansara Villa, The Forum and Wickham Manor in Kuala Lumpur.
