Denia Development is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seloga Holdings Sdn Bhd which was incorporated on September 26, 1977. It is a prime developer of Parcel A (Taman Nusantara) and Parcel B (Nusantara Prima). Denia Development has also embarked pn the Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia Project (PR1MA) in Nusantara Prima which is a collaboration with UEM Land and PR1MA Berhad to provide 201 units of affordable housing for middle income families. The project will be developed into 2 phases; 2A and 2C
