Budaya Idaman Sdn. Bhd. was established in earlier 2000 and  is synonymous with property development within Perak for more than 10 years.

We understood the need of the local market with our track record and years of experience building homes and communities.

The First property development was Anjung Tawas Damai , Tasek communities – with Double Storey Terrace Houses and Shop Offices. We have 2 ongoing projects at Tawas Indah (Taman Bertuah).Our upcoming project is three Storey semi-detached shop offices at Jalan Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh. Future plans shall include more forefront and quality homes as well as prime commercial projects at strategic location.
