Beverly Group Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Singapore registered Qingdao Investments Pte Ltd. With its office based in Kuala Lumpur, the Group’s current focus is Malaysia and has a pipeline of projects.

Since 1980s, Beverly Group’s founder, Mr Lim Seak Koon was involved in construction and development of residential projects, golf and country club, mixed-used and hospitality projects in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia.

The Group’s first development in Malaysia was Marc Service Residence located at KLCC developed by its subsidiary Beverly Tower Development Sdn Bhd. The development was completed in 2007 and remains one of the most sought-after properties in Kuala Lumpur.

On 21 March 2015, Beverly Group officially launched 28 Boulevard, a mixed-used development located at Pandan Perdana. This 11.07-acre site with the beautiful Pandan Lake is designed for 2 towers of SOHO, 2 towers of service apartments and 2 levels of commercial units. 28 Boulevard is fully sold and handed over in year 2019.

In Year 2013, Beverly Group acquired 16.5 acres of freehold land in Wangsa Maju. It has been sub-divided into 5 plots and a Central Park. Out of which, 3 has been launched, namely Lexa Residence, Fera Residence, and Henna Residence.

Beverly Group also has 16.5 acres of land at Equine Park town centre and launched the first plot, Equine Residence.

Together, the 3 sites with an estimated total GDV of RM3.2 billion to be launched over the next few years.
