You may redeem your first bundled Premium Listing on your Area / Condo Specialist activation month and subsequently every month based on your booking duration. As an example: Your Area Specialist is activated on 15 January and your booking duration is for 6 months. You are entitled to one Premium Listing redemption any date from 15 January to 14 February. If you failed to redeem by 14 February, the Premium Listing redemption will expire. You may redeem your second bundled Premium Listing any date from 15 February to 14 March, until your last redemption which is made available on 15 June.
No. At the moment, Area / Condo Specialist self-serve platform is only available on desktop (web version).
Area / Condo Specialist is now on self-serve channel and Featured Credits will be deducted when an agent makes a booking. We no longer accept cash to activate our Specialist Products.
No, profile photo will be synchronized automatically from your iProperty PRO account. Please ensure that your iProperty PRO account is updated with a profile photo before subscribing to any specialist package.
If the basic criteria (profile picture, license number or 1 active listing) are not met, you will be suspended the following day and received notifications.
The duration could range from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months according to an agent’s preference.
Cancelation is not allowed once Area/Condo Specialist is activated.
