Location is superb although the build up is suck ! Water leaking is a common problem faced by most of the owners in Bayu.

In view of the conveniency of the surrounding areas and location in the prime area...the price should not below RM 200K.... the apartment is come with facilities inclusive of sauna, tennis court,etc and a bus stop is right in front of apartment and it do not share the same road with the low cost apartment at the back...the location is peaceful....
