The best thing about DUA is the space the communal areas offers. The pool and open space is great for a KLCC location. The noise levels have increased as there is building work nearly around the whole location (except for the Singapore embassy side which has now completed but picks up plenty of noise from Jalan Tun Razak). The small shopping complex next to DUA (which used to have Delicious restaurant) has closed so the nearest shops are now KLCC or Ampang Park Shopping Mall (depending in which road you want to walk - it takes about 10-15 minutes). Facilities are OK, the playground is small and the playroom is very tired. There are some upgrades currently going on to the gym area to expand this. There is a library and a games room (level 15), neither are used very often. The pool is great, although a little cold nowadays due to reduced sunlight (so many big buildings built around) and the view to the towers has pretty much disappeared.
The Dua is a good Condo inside with plenty of space for children to play and the amenities in the annexe make very easy living. However there is no jacuzzi as stated, I have never seen a BBQ area and the creche facilities are a room in which you or your helper must be present (so may as well stay at home!) Unfortunately, due to works on the Singapore Commission, building sites to the other 2 sides and a busy main road this is no longer a relaxing condo to live. Also, the view of the Petronas Towers is now blocked by the new building work so no view either!
