Free Wi-Fi access and a gated security system is also in place at Serini Melawati for the convenience and safety of residents.Residents can head to nearby parks to unwind after a long strenuous day at work. Parks nearby Serini Melawati include Taman Melawati (1km) and RCEC Park (1km). If residents hike up Bukit Tabur (3km), they can experience a majestic and scenic view of the valley below. For instance, SK Taman Melawati (2km), SMK Taman Melawati (1km), Wangsa Maju Chinese Primary School (5km) and Malaysia Institute of Art College (650m) are examples of educational institutions located within the vicinity of Serini Melawati. The famous Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (2km), which offers a wide variety of diploma and degree courses is also mere minutes away Serini Melawati.Residents will not have to travel a long distance to get treated by doctors as there are many local clinics and hospitals set up nearby, namely Klinik D Melawati (300m), Klinik Kee (1km), Damai Service Hospital Melawati (750m) and Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak (5km).
