Three28 Tun Razak is strategically located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), therefore amenities are abundant within the vicinity and easily accessible. Shopping complexes such as City Square Centre and Ampang Park Shopping Centre are comfortably within walking distance. Others such as Suria KLCC, Fahrenheit88, Lot10, and Pavillion are a bit further, but still merely a short drive away. Banks and eateries are easily accessible in the KLCC area.
Educational institutions nearby include the UTM International Campus, University of Nottingham, Raffles Lasalle International Design School, and Sekolah Antarabangsa Sayfol. It is easily accessible from various roads. The condominium is located just off Jalan Ampang, which stretches from the east of KL to the west, therefore access via Jalan Ampang is really convenient. Jalan Tun Razak where Three28 is located, goes along the north towards the south of KL. Jalan Tun Razak is also connected to the Smart Tunnel Motorway allowing easy access into the southern part of Selangor. The Mahameru Highway (MMR2) can also be accessed via Jalan Tun Razak, which links KL to the western side of Selangor.
