The Avare is a low-density high end serviced apartment located in the coveted location of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. It was designed by Hong Kong-based award-winning architects Robert N Kessler and David J Clarke. The property was completed in 2009, is built over 1.06 acres of land and boasts to be a 6-star luxury condominium.With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM321-million, The Avare is one of its kind in Kuala Lumpur that carries an all-glass residential facade and butterfly-plan with only 2-unit per floor . Every one of its limited 78-unit come with imported designer bath fittings glass curtains and state-of-the-art security systems. The homes are luxuriously spacious with built-ups ranging between 3,800 sq ft and 7,696 sq ft.The Avare was designed and targeted towards the expatriate community with its location surrounded by all the embassies. The Embassy of Japan and Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines are approximately 1-kilometre walk away. The Australian High Commission is about 1.4-kilometre away by foot or about 2.4-kilometre by car, and the Belgian Trade Commission Embassy is literally across the road.
