Binjai 8 is a luxury high-rise serviced residence located along Lorong Binjai, within the sought-after KLCC enclave. It is amongst the latest developments in the enclave, by the reputable UOA Group. Binjai 8 was available since December 2009 (which is not its official launch date) at about RM1,000 psf. Early birds received a 10% discount with another additional 1% discount for UOA repeated buyers. About 60% was sold even before they announced the official launch date.
Located right behind Nikko Hotel, there are aplenty prestigious and exclusive amenities surrounding Binjai 8.
