Residents can utilise Jalan Meranti to exit the Genting region, until it connects to main roads such as Jalan Gombak and the Karak Expressway. From these roads, residents can easily head to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. The nearest bus stations: Awana Bus Terminal, 707 Genting Bus Terminal, Gohtong Jaya Bus Pit StopThe nearest train stations: Batang Kali KTM, Gombak LRTAlthough Genting Permai is located in an outskirt region, there are still schools and colleges located nearby, namely SK Sri Layang (2km), SMK Sri Layang (700m), Highlands International Boarding School (650m) and Genting Inti International College (2km).Residents can also get medical treatment without having to travel to nearby cities as Poliklinik Highland (450m), Wellcare Clinic (11km) and ALPS Medical Clinic (14km) are located close by to Genting Permai Resort.
