With more than 13 years of experience under its belt, P.K LEE SDN BHD is poised to become a leading property developer in the state of Perak, Malaysia.

The Company was founded by the Lee brothers – Mr Lee Phak Khuai and Mr Lee Phak Kong – in October 2002, conducting the business of timber logging and property development. Today, P.K LEE SDN BHD is a fast-growing property developer with a cumulative track record of RM 200 million GDV for residential and mixed development projects across Perak, namely in Ipoh, Kampar and Taiping.

Holding a current land bank of 160 acres in Perak for future development, the Company is constantly looking to acquire more land for expansion. The Company recently completed two mixed development projects under its in-house construction arm in 2015, comprising Medan Klebang Mewah in Klebang and Taman Awan Jaya in Kampar with a GDV of RM40 million and RM23 million respectively.
