Land & General is an investment holding company with subsidiaries, principally engaged in the property investment and development business. The company also engages in the cultivation of rubber and oil palm, ownership of a school building complex, and provision of education services.

From its small beginnings to its standing today, Land & General has proven its entrepreneurial ability and strength which will propel its solidly into the future. Land & General Berhad has established itself in the property sector through its signature development at Bandar Sri Damansara, the winner of the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 1996. Its property development business will form the mainstay of the Group. Some of the completed developments are 8trium at Bandar Sri Damansara and The Elements @ Ampang.
