Hong Bee Land
Mengenai Hong Bee Land
Hong Bee Group Malaysia started in 1933 by the Gan family, where it gained a reputation for high-quality products and excellent customer service in the textile industry. These traits have carried into Hong Bee Land’s operations to produce quality residential and commercial properties.
Hong Bee Land Sdn Bhd (HBL) was incorporated on November 7, 1994 with a land bank of 2,900 acres in Peninsular Malaysia. About 1,600 acres is located in Rawang while the remaining 1,300 acres lie within the Iskandar Development Region (IDR) in Pulai, Johor.
HBL’s entry into the property development industry was by joint venture agreements with two prominent property developers in Malaysia, namely GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd, the property arm of the Hong Leong Group, and S P Setia Bhd. HBL’s joint venture with GuocoLand Malaysia covers the development of Emerald in the fast-growing Rawang. Since its inception in 2000, the 1,000 acres master-planned township with natural greenery and rolling hills has emerged as the preferred residential township in the northern corridor of the Klang Valley.
