Established in 2015, Eadepro Realty Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary company under Eastern Decorator Group of Companies. Eastern Decorator Group through Eadepro is marching into a newly diversified business channel as a property developer.

Eadepro Realty launched its maiden commercial property project in Ipoh - Ipoh South Gate@Jalan Gopeng. Ipoh South Gate is a strategically located commercial development comprises of shop offices, SOHO (Shop Office Home Office) and future residential development with easy accessibility, linking various prime residential neighbourhoods such as Pulai Heights, Seri Botani, The Parkview, Parkview Sanctuary, Desa Parkview and many more. Ipoh South Gate consists of 66 units commercial shop office, which selling price starting from RM758k to RM4.18m.
