Description

Bangsar Puteri is a freehold low density condominium. It is located on Bukit Bandaraya along Jalan Medang Serai. Its immediate residential neighbours are Sri Penaga, Menara Bangsar, Sri Kasturina, Desa Bangsar Ria and Puncak Bangsar. It is among the oldest condominiums in Bangsar, and was developed by BRDB. As for golf enthusiasts, there are KGPA and KLGC located nearby along SPRINT highway. Plus, it is also few kilometres away from Bangsar Putra LRT station and KL Sentral transportation hub.

There are various access options available for the residents of Bangsar Puteri. You can access SPRINT Highway via Jalan Maarof to head to Damansara Heights or the city centre, and alternatively you can utilize Jalan Medang Tanduk for direct access to the highway which heads toward Damansara Utama. Additionally, you can utilize New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Penchala Link and Federal Highway.

Bandar Raya Development Berhad (BRDB) is a familiar name in Bangsar properties development. Most of the successful development projects in Bangsar are the ones by the developer, including Sri Penaga, Inara and Bangsar Hill. At the moment, the developer is developing One Menerung in Bangsar and The Troika which located just a stone’s throw away from KLCC Petronas Twin Towers.
