Mas Kipark is a cosy apartment property with many facilities enjoyed by high-rise condos. Maintenance fees are about RM0.14 psf which is pretty affordable for all the facilities provided. A downfall is that there are no covered parking lots and built up of each apartment is small. Parking bays are surrounding the perimeter and facing each respective unit. The property seems to be maintained well, clean and well-kept even though the property is at least 6 years old. It is a nice neighborhood which is self-contained with many amenities, within the property and even surrounding. Families like the area as there are schools and even a university college within walking distance. Rental is very reasonable at RM 700-800 per unit. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each apartment.

The area, KIP (Kepong Industrial Park) is just 10-15 minutes away from The Curve and Ikea Shopping district in Mutiara Damansara. Rapid KL Bus Depot and KTM Kepong public transportations are unfortunately not within walking distance, but merely a few kilometers drive away. The developer, KIP Group or KIP Management Sdn Bhd developed a few notable projects with the same name, like KiPark Puchong, KiPark Sri Utara, and their newest development, Nova @ Sri Utara, KL.
