Axis Residence, Pandan

Axis Residence is a block of 33-storey serviced apartment that comprises total of 384 units. It is the second phase of the large mixed development named Axis Pandan, which encompasses apartment, condominium, retail shop and business center.

Axis Residence is located in Taman Cempaka, Ampang. It is a leasehold development developed by Reliable Capacity, which is a subsidiary of RK Group. This brand new apartment was built in the earlier 2005, and was completed in April 2009.

Each unit at Axis Residence is either facing KLCC view or Pandan Indah. Both types are priced from RM160 psf. All units do not have balconies but do have a small enclosed laundry area. The apartment is above about 3 levels of shopping, and about 2 levels of SOHU units.

Axis Residence is just located off the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). However, while access from Ampang side is easy; access from Pandah Indah involves making a huge, long U-turn on MRR2 itself, after passing Tesco. This is due to the closure of a junction turn under the MRR2. It is a 15-20 minutes drive from KLCC via Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) with little traffic.
