Pavilion Residences is proved to be a good investment, especially for those who deal directly with the developer. As Tower 2 is opened for sale, the other block may not be placed up for sale, as there are parties considering on buying it entirely. However, this has not been confirmed as late.

One of the most prominent features of Pavilion Residences is the Sky Garden, the roof level of the shopping mall, used to hold the usual amenities such as swimming pool, playground, mini parks, gym and so on. However the luxury condominium, seem to be lacking some exquisite features that any 6-star condominium should have, one of it is the private lift.
