Mitrajaya bags RM46m hospital project
Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd has bagged a RM46.4 million project to build a private hospital in Rawang, Selangor.

It is expected to be completed within 18 months.

In a statement yesterday, Mitrajaya said its wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award from Rawang Specialist Hospital Sdn Bhd yesterday.

It will build an 8-storey hospital with two-storey basement at Section 16, Rawang.

The contract will start on June 6 , Mitrajaya added. – Business Times

Mitrajaya – 25 Years of Success
Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd recently celebrated its 25th anniversary at a leading hotel in Petaling Jaya, where 113 staff were given long service awards spanning between 10 – 25 years. Incorporated in 1985, the construction company successfully completed several notable construction projects such as the bulk earth works and perimeter road of KLIA  as well as the five-star hotel The Andaman Resort in Langkawi Island. In 1998, it started developing the 250-acre Taman Puchong Prima before moving on to Kiara 9, its maiden venture into luxury residential development. It also has a boutique development in South Africa called the Blue Valley Golf & Country Estate.

Mitrajaya buys Petaling Jaya property for RM28 million

Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary Mitrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd has acquired a 99-years leasehold property in Petaling Jaya for RM28 million from Danaharta Urus Sdn Bhd.

 

The 405,108 sq ft property is designated for light industrial use and is currently vacant. Mitrajaya plans its future use to be for industrial and commercial development. There is about 58 years left on its lease.

 

The purchase will be satisfied fully in cash financed by internal funds and borrowings.
