KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Sentoria Group Bhd expects its development in Taman Bukit Rangin 2 in Pahang to contribute positively to its earnings beginning financial year ending Sept 30, 2014.
The mixed development project, with RM315 million estimated gross development value, will see 2,500 residential and commercial units developed by Sentoria's subsidiary, Sentoria Alam Sdn Bhd.
Sentoria Group Head of Public and Investors Relations Nasiruddin Nasrun said the development would benefit from the success of its sister development.
"The project's strategic location will also be a big draw for many home owners and investors," he said in a statement.
Nasiruddin said the project would be completed within the next eight years.
To facilitate the development, a joint development agreement has been signed between Sentoria Alam and Fajar Pertiwi Sdn Bhd, which will see the former receiving 91.5 per cent of the sales proceeds, while the latter is entitled to the balance 8.5 per cent.
Located on a 84ha land size, the project is 15km from Kuantan and 28km from Sentoria's leisure destination, Bukit Gambang Resort City.
