KUALA LUMPUR: TH Group of Companies, which recently launched the Desiren Premier housing project in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, is optimistic of generating RM13.1 million in sales from the second phase of the project.
Thirty per cent of the double-storey terraced houses were already sold and construction of the project was 25 per cent complete.
Expected to be completed in August 2014, the freehold property would offer 24 units with a built-up area ranging between 2,655 sq ft and 3,524 sq ft and priced between RM440,355 and RM685,800 per unit.
