PETALING JAYA: Award-winning property developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), recently celebrated its 10th anniversary of being listed on Bursa Malaysia.

The event, graced by Minister of Housing and Local Government, Dato’ Seri Chor Chee Heung, was also held in appreciation of those who contributed to its success.

“LBS has grown steadily over the years from a small construction company into a reputable property developer.

"Based on our corporate values of being people-focused, action oriented and bringing inspiration to the lives we touch, I feel confident that we can overcome new challenges in the future,” said its managing director, Datuk Lim Hock San.

Dato’ Seri Chor commended LBS for providing homes for a wide range of homebuyers.

“LBS has a gentle face in the sense that they have not forgotten the needs of the rakyat in the affordable housing category,” said the minister.

The company’s management, employees, business partners, members of the media and other stakeholders, arrived decked out in vibrantly-coloured outfits and accessories in line with the night’s theme, ‘Colours of Celebration’.

The theme signified LBS’ performance over the years, excelling with flying colours in the property industry.

The night marked a double celebration for Lim as he was recently awarded The Entrepreneur of The Year 2012 award at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards held in Kuala Lumpur.
