KLANG: KSL Holdings Berhad, a Johor-based property developer, organised a media preview of its flagship Klang Valley development here yesterday.
Named Canary Garden @ Bandar Bestari, it is a 446-acre township comprising residential, commercial and retail development.
"This project is another milestone for KSL Holdings Bhd, with an anticipation of a GDV reaching RM3bil," said Patrick Khoo, project director of Bandar Bestari.
The initial phase (Series A) of semi-detached and semi-detached link homes have been fully sold out.
The second batch of semi-d cluster links, namely Series B of the Bluet and Fraise designs, are now available for sale.
Pervenche, 3-storey semi-detached homes, will also be up for grabs.
Patrick Khoo said that the first public preview was successful, "having 72 units of the first phase sold out".
The 384 freehold residential homes with built-ups ranging from 2800 sq ft to 4800 sq ft are available in 6 designs.
The township also encompasses a 52-acre French-inspired garden by the Blackwater River.
