SHAH ALAM: Naza TTDI is organising a second property carnival from 23-24 June at the TTDI Adina Sales Gallery in Section 13, Shah Alam.

Residential units on sale will include those at TTDI Alam Impian township in Shah Alam, TTDI Grove Kajang township, The Valley TTDI in Ampang and condominiums in TTDI Adina Shah Alam.

Commercial units will comprise of TTDI Grove Square 1 and 2 in Kajang, TTDI Adina in Shah Alam as well as TTDI Dualis Business Centre Phase 2 in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan.

"At our first property carnival, we managed to secure RM68 million worth of sales in the two-day carnival. For the second carnival, we are planning to replicate the success by offering special sale packages and incentives.

"There is RM450mil worth of residential and commercial units of our developments in Klang Valley up for grabs," said Mohd Johan Shadzli, the developer's Senior GM for marketing and sales.

In total, over 300 units will be on offer during the two-day carnival. Buyers who purchase selected properties during the carnival will enjoy rebates and bumiputra discounts up to 20% on selected units as well as low down payment rates.

Mohd Johan added, “We would like to make this carnival a seasonal event for the folks in Shah Alam. Each carnival will have different themes and each theme will be better than the last.”
