KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd's property and lifestyle showcase, 'Realizing Dreams', will highlight 11 projects, when it debuts at the Equatorial Hotel, Penang, this weekend.

Group Managing Director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the showcase, launched in Kuala Lumpur last week, would underline the emphasis the company placed on promoting a premier lifestyle.

He said the company would also offer special incentives, during the event, that would highlight eleven landed and high-rise residential and commercial developments throughout the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru.

"All properties come with the 'Developer Interest Bearing Scheme' (DIBS), where purchasers only pay the down payment and nothing else until the completion of the property.

"Mah Sing will also absorb the legal fees for the sales and purchase agreement and loan agreement for the projects," said Leong, who is also Group Chief Executive, in a statement.
