Gold Tower, the final phase of 1Sulaman consisting of 950 condominium units is targeted to be launched mid September, announced Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, the developer of 1Sulaman.
1Sulaman’s Platinum Tower and three-storey Wismas have been full taken up.
Gold Tower’s commercial shoplexes have also sold out.
Group managing director and ceo of Sagajuta, Raymond Chan said, “Targeted launching prices of Gold Tower start from RM171,500 upwards. This is very attractive compared to all the other condominiums in Kota Kinabalu right now”.
He said Sagajuta’s properties have excellent track record for fast capital appreciation because of the reasonable developer pricing and good value.
“For example, Tower A at 1Borneo sold by the developer for RM159,800 during the launch are now being transacted at around RM300,000. This is an incredible 85% increase in value within 2 years of receiving the occupancy certificate,” he added.
Each Gold Tower condominium unit comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Full condominium facilities will be made available including swimming pool, wading pool, children’s playground, gymnasium and 24-hour security features.
Free shuttle bus service will be offered between 1Sulaman and Warisan Square stopping at 1Borneo, linking all the three developments by the Sagajuta Group in Kota Kinabalu.
1Sulaman is one of Sabah’s largest condominium and commercial complex with 2,000 units of condo residences.
The total GDV for 1Sulaman is around RM520 million.
