2,000 applicants vie for positions in landmark resort set to open early 2010 Nov 19, 2009
Golden Palm Tree Sea Villas & Spa, a part of
Sepang Goldcoast development, has created 450 job vacancies in the build up for
its early 2010 opening. About 2,000 applicants attended four walk-in-interview
sessions conducted over a period of one month.
Apart from Malaysias, especially the locals in Bagan
Lalang, job applicants came from all over the world including France, India,
Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore.
A spokesperson from Golden Palm Tree Sea Villas &
Spa said, “We use the most advanced hardware and the most humanistic software
to create a zero-pressure holiday resort for all our customers, hence we select
only the best human resources.”
Sepang Goldcoast is a seafront development spanning
22km along the Straits of Malacca and is joint venture project with the
Selangor state government.
