Bandar Raya Developments Bhd, Bandar Utama City Corp Sdn Bhd, Eastern & Oriental Bhd, IGB Corp Bhd, IOI Properties Bhd, Island & Peninsular Sdn Bhd, S P Setia Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, Sunrise Bhd and Sunway City Bhd all have one thing in common – they are ranked Top 10 in The Edge Malaysia’s 7th Top Property Developers Award.
The top 10 companies were picked from a list of 30 property developers in the country and judged by a seven-member panel based on quantitative and qualitative attributes of the developer. Ranking of the property developers in Malaysia was conducted from June to August 2009.
