Dear lawyers, I am in a dilemma. In 1983, my husband and his brother bought a semi –D house. S& P title = 50% each. Now my husband wish to sell off his share to them but they only offer 100K which I think is not fair. They have been staying in that house all the time, while we shifted out in 1990 due to conflict They said they put more downpayment on the house therefore claims the house is theirs. That semi-D at that year when they bought was RM384++K. My husband took 20K from EPF and 70K fr. Bank loan at 13% per annum and have been paying since then. In 2006, the house grant was discharge and we collected the house grant. Now after 24 years, they did not mention they want the grant but say just leave it as it is until everyone dies off. I will appreciate if you could advice me on what ground I can pursue tis case. Thank you Madm. Tan

I want to cancel a purchase after signing Sale and Purchase Agreement(SNP)

Few month ago I decided to buy a house by cash buy. I already paid a booking around RM2+++ to the developer and already signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement(SNP). Because of financing problem I decide to cancel. So may I cancel my purchase? How it procedure to cancel the purchase. Thank You.

Location to start Allergy practice

Hi, I am Gp who has done post graduate studies in the field of Allergy from UK. I am sourcing for a location for my practice somewhere in shah Alam or Pj area. The thing is, as Kementrian Kesihatan is slow in designating Allegy as a specialty in Malaysia (In USA , Allegy is a speciality > 60 years), I have to tie it up with a GP practice to pay for high overheads. My current thoughts is go for for an office based practice inside a building where the building tenants will be the Gp patients while I can see allergy patient by appointments. Can you suggest a location for this type of practice? Also , I dont mind Jv with another doctor to open an Allegy center in one of the old bungalows in sec 16 pj? Is the rental very high there?
