Can I have more info in land purchase which my land is vacant land, we buy it for future planning to construct a University.
Category : Buying Property in Malaysia       Location : Johor
the price for the land is RM14,000,000. We expect to give the down payment for RM 4,000,000 and loan from bank RM 10,000,000. I was told by bank that since it is vacant land for temporary, i was offered by BLR + 0%. I do not know whether this is best rate offered. And also, the bank said no package for purchasing a land, unlike housing loan package. Please advise or any bank offered better rate? Thank you!

Bumi lot with a joint owner whom is a non Bumi
Category : Buying Property in Malaysia       Location : Selangor
My future husband is a Bumi . We have just viewed a Bumi lot which we really like it. Can a Bumi lot have a joint owner who is a non Bumi? The only reason we want to have a joint ownership at this point of time is because we want to use our EPF as our downpayment. Our ROM will only be on end of April. According to EPF, there is two options to withdraw - husband & wife or joint owner. However, we don't think the Sellerer will wait for a month plus to settle this. We really like the house. Is there anyway to go about this?

Is it feasible for me to complete a home purchase process, such as all the paper works, which include the signing and loan processes, in that time frame? Any information on this will be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
