| A : | Yes, it is possible to sell it at the current stage if you have a keen buyer. Under construction normally is still on master title, and the developer dont even deliver the VP (vacant possession) yet. Normally, lawyer will do a temporary agreement to bind this sale before proceed to SPA. And you need to inform the developer too. Lawyer will help you with this, So the developer will direct deliver the VP(transfer the ownership) direct to the new buyer.
