With Klang Valley becoming increasingly saturated, getting a home in a peaceful yet convenient part of this area is not easy. Indah Residences2 comprises 145 units of double-storey terrace houses that measure 22ft by 70ft each with built-ups of 2,104 sqf (this is our in house style). Priced from RM353,000 onwards, these units are due for completion in August 2010.

Kemuning Utama is situated in the heart of the Shah Alam Corridor, which is projected to be the next major growth area in Klang Valley.

Taking up 186 acres is the eastern precinct, where a total of 1,522 units have been launched. The homes offered in this precinct include double-storey semi-Ds, double-storey link semi-Ds, double-storey terraces and bungalow lots.

In the 338-acre western precinct, a total of 1,056 units have been launched with a take-up rate of 85 per cent. The properties here include double-storey terraces, two- and three-storey shop offices, as well as low and medium cost apartments.
