With Klang Valley becoming increasingly saturated, getting a home in a peaceful yet convenient part of this area is not easy. Taking up 186 acres is the eastern precinct, where a total of 1,522 units have been launched. The homes offered in this precinct include double-storey semi-Ds, double-storey link semi-Ds, double-storey terraces and bungalow lots.
In the 338-acre western precinct, a total of 1,056 units have been launched with a take-up rate of 85 per cent. The properties here include double-storey terraces, two- and three-storey shop offices, as well as low and medium cost apartments.
