|GAMUDA LAND is the Property Development arm of GAMUDA BERHAD, a company listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia with an annual turnover of RM 1.4 billion (USD 400 million) and a market capitalization of about RM7.7 billion.
Gamuda Land, has completed more than 15,000 units of residential, commercial and industrial properties since its establishment in 1995. Another 75,000 homes is expected to be built over the next 10 years with its increased landbank in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and South Johor as well as its recent entry into the Vietnam property market.
Signature developments by Gamuda Land include the award-winning Kota Kemuning, the first residential wetland development in Malaysia; Valencia, Malaysia’s one and only ‘residents-only’ golf course, clubhouse and village square; and Bandar Botanic, the first waterfront parkland township in Malaysia.
Gamuda Land is also the country’s first developer for landed properties to adopt the stringent construction quality assessment system (CONQUAS) by the Building Construction Authority of Singapore.
Gamuda Land is now a regional player through its participation as the residential core underpinning the other key signature developments of Nusajaya, and will be involved in large integrated development projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Currently, it has a total land bank of over 5,700 acres with a gross development value of about RM15 billion.
