Lived here in 1700 sq.ft. unit for 2 months Sept-Nov 2011. Definitely would benefit from interior refurb as it looks rather tired. Management should also speed up the repair system as it can take days to get jobs done. Swimming pool very nice and overall, very well located for Mid-Valley. Taxis stop outside the gate. On balance, I would recommend it despite the several negatives mentioned. Reasonable price.
