Seri Maya is a luxury condominium that lies sprawled across 16 acres of land. It is situated in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur and is just a couple of minutes away from the center of the city and LRT stations.

Compared to other KLCC condominiums, units at Seri Maya are priced 50% less. This is one reason why it is such hut among expatriates and young professionals.

It is both affordable and convenient. Of course like most strategically placed condominiums traffic congested can be a problem – especially during peak hours. During times like these walking is much faster. Or you can always take the LRT. This will save you a lot of time.

Another downside is the low-cost building beside it which blocks the cityscape – depending on where your unit is located. But overall, Seri Maya is considered a good buy.
