About Arte Condominium:
|
Arte is a leasehold condominium located in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park. Developed by Penang-based developer, Nusmetro Group, Arte is also known as Arte@Kuchai Lama.
It is the group’s first project under The Art Series. It is located directly opposite Dynasty Garden Condominium and near Brem Park, Sri Desa and Kuchai Avenue Serviced Residence.
There are two blocks, measuring 23- and 25-storeys respectively. Every unit has a private lift lobby and most units adopt a spacious layout concept with a 7.62m-wide balcony. Arte is a low-density development with a total of 257 units and there are 15 different types of layout.
Art elements incorporated into the Arte include a unique entrance lobby, stylish parking complex, gourmet pavilion and an unsymmetrical garden. The Arte’s recreational facilities podium sits atop the parking complex.
Arte is near plenty of Chinese restaurants and food courts in the Kuchai Lama area. As for fast food, McDonald’s is nearby, and there are several malls within a few minutes’ drive such as Plaza OUG, Tesco, Carrefour, The Store and Mid Valley Megamall. The closest medical centre is the Taman Desa Medical Centre while one of the closest schools is the SMK Seri Sentosa.
Arte is highly accessible via the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), North-South Highway, Shah Alam KESAS Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Federal Highway, Jalan Klang Lama, Sungai Besi Highway and Maju Expressway (MEX).

Property Analysis
Nusmetro Group launched Arte in October 2011. As the name suggests, Arte features artistic living and architecture. The development has unique interior design and sculptures from renowned names such as Sculptura, Frank Woo, and designer lighting such as Artemide and Tom Dixon in the lobby and lounges. When it was launched, the price for each unit started from RM380 per square feet.
Nusmetro Group has completed properties exceeding 5,000 units that are valued over RM1.5 billion.
