The Ampang Putra Residency is a contemporary serviced condominium developed by Valencia Homes Sdn Bhd which is a subsidiary of Insas Berhad. It is found right in the center of several shoplots and low to medium cost flats, just towards the end of One Ampang Avenue. It is composed of 2 towers about 25 storey’s each with two wings that are similar to look at but actually have a different layout. The first 5 floors are reserved for the resident’s parking space while the next 18 floors are for the standard units. The enclave has a total unit count of 367 units. Ampang Putra Residency offers 3 types of layouts. The first one is the studio apartment with a built up of 607 sq ft. It includes a living room, kitchen area, master bedroom and private balcony.
